Saiga is a step-over electric bike, which is suitable for high-speed cycling, uneven road surfaces, rural routes and so forth. Eden is a step-through ebike, which enables you to get on and off the ebike with ease. It's more friendly to bike beginners or the elderly.

It takes 7 hours for full charge. However, it will reach 80% of power after 4 hours of charging.

Yes. But Freedare cover for 3 years 4G service for each bike. The renewal fee after 3 years is based on the demand of the user. Just a few dollars a year.

Eden comes with a fender, rear rack and front basket. And with Saiga, there are add-on fenders and rear racks available for ordering together on our website. Eden and Saiga are two independent models. Saiga's design does not come with a rear rack and fenders, so riders need to customize it according to their own needs.

Shipping & Delivery

We use truck or FedEx to ship e-bike order. Once the order is received it will be handed over to the Truck Company/FedEx usually the same day or the next day. Order processing time and shipping time usually takes 7-14 days, depending on how far you are from our warehouse. Accessories and bikes are shipped separately. If you order at the same time, you will receive the parcel separately.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all e-bike order. The website will charge shipping fees for some accessories orders in Canada, and the shipping costs will be calculated at the check-out page.

We are shipping to the United States and Canada. But islands and some states/provinces (Alaska etc.) do not support delivery. More details on shipping policy page.

All our electric bikes are subject to quality control. Freedare provide 2-year warranty for main components.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
