Freedaere's current models are 750wattst. Please check the local ebike regulations. Freedare ebike feature with removable battery, and we offer additional battery purchases to improve range on a single trip with a simple replacement.

Saiga is a step-over electric bike, which is suitable for high-speed cycling, uneven road surfaces, rural routes and so forth. Eden is a step-through ebike, which enables you to get on and off the ebike with ease. It's more friendly to bike beginners or the elderly.

It takes 7 hours for full charge. However, it will reach 80% of power after 4 hours of charging.

Yes. But Freedare cover for 3 years 4G service for each bike. The renewal fee after 3 years is based on the demand of the user. Just a few dollars a year.

Eden comes with fender, rear rack, front basket. And Saiga, there are add-on fenders, rear rack available for ordering together on our website. Eden and Saiga are two independent models. Saiga's design does not come with rear rack and fenders, so rider need to customize it according to their own needs.

Yes, we provide Klarna installment payment service at the moment. You can enjoy 4 interest-free periods. If you use a discount code, you only need to confirm the amount at the checkout process, and choose to pay with Klarna.
Shipping & Delivery

We use UPS or FedEx to ship bike order. Once the order is received it will be handed over to UPS/FedEx usually the same day or the next day. Order processing time and shipping time usually takes 8-10 days, depending on how far you are from our California warehouse. Accessories and bikes are shipped separately. If you order at the same time, you will receive the parcel separately. Accessories currently take longer shipping times, usually 15 days.

We are shipping to the United States. But islands and some states (Alaska etc.) do not support delivery. More details on shipping policy page.

Warranty & Repair

All our electric bikes are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects. The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.For more info, please refer to warranty policy. Thanks.

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you may eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you may not eligible for a refund.

Crowdfunding on Indiegogo

According to timeline. The first batch delivery for pre-sale orders to the US and Canada will start in July 2023. It will take about 7-10days to delivery to customer once ship out. Our team will update the tracking information once the local delivery starts.

What does "Locked" mean on my contribution status? A status of "Locked" means that the order has been processed and is ready for shipment.
