First off they sent the wrong product. Secondly when I called them out on it, they denied it heavily and give me the cold shoulder. Than I threaten legal action and all of a sudden i was told I received “THE MUCH MORE ADVANCE AND SUPERIOR PRODUCT” no words for how s**t this company has been since the tariffs came into effect.
