It was shipped faster than I expected and communication was good But when I want to order front wheel bearing the person who was communicating with me has no clue what is a wheel bearing

Well I/We have a problem!! I have just replaced the 3rd (YES three times) IOT unit at $95.00 each. Not covered by warranty. Every April after winter storage in a heated garage, stored per Freedare instructions (battery left in the bike) and charge kept around 80% the: ERROR CODE: 26 IOT Communication Fault is in the display and the bike s dead. I need to know what is going on with the E Bike as this is not an exceptable problem spring I want to use the bike for the sesason. A number of calls to tec support, always very responsive, with the same set of "Try this" "Try this again" and finally you need another $95.00 IOT unit. AND, due to the construction of the bike, the IOT unit needs bike disassembly to install. Not a small deal. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT I CAN DO TO REMOVE THIS PROBLEM SPRING !!!!!

I am from Ontario Canada and had the I.O.T. controller fail 6 months before warranty on my Saiga expired. Unfortunately due to a long winter storage of my bike & life getting in the way, I forgot to enquire about the failed part . I contacted Freedaire via their service chat & was able to secure the part I needed at my expense and shipped to Canada from the US in about 2 weeks time . No more Canadian distributor for the bikes & parts. I was happy that they were still available to purchase at least. Without this part my bike would be nothing more the an 80 lb lawn ornament to me.
Needed a special part for my axle. Customer service was great. Had to pay shipping but was worth it. Everything running great now.

I love this bike so much! I was able to find and use a $500 off coupon and I was so thankful. Iβm a senior on social security and I wanted to buy another one for my wife but my $500 off code doesnβt work now. Ouch, I really need that discount to be able to get her one. The $200 off code wonβt do it. I hope Freedare comes thru! I love making videos on my Freedare Eden!
Ordered parts and had them in about a week
This bike has good components along with a battery with plenty of capacity for most riders. The torque sensor works very well and gives a smooth acceleration up hills. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I recommend you buy this bike!
Initial order process was "wonky" as I was shipped the wrong part, but was able to after a week to get the right part shipped. Thank you.

I love my Freedare Eden E-bike. Rides so smooth even on the nastiest of terrains. I always have a huge grin on my face when I'm riding my e-bike. So comfortable. I highly recommend the bike. Also, I ordered an extra battery and it came in quality packaging. I reached out prior to my order with questions which were answered in timely fashion. Took a long time for me to arrange the order, but it finally arrived, easy to install and it is working perfectly.
I only have driven it 2 times. Because it is winter time and to cold to drive it right now but it is a good bike Because i have driven one just like it my brother and sister inlaw and sister and brother inlaw have the same kind.

The mounting points are close to out of allignment with the mounting points on the bike. My bike was stolen and someone sat on the old one that is why it was replaced so, I would think it is possible the mounting points are not in their original place alothough once installed everything seems to line up correctly.
The Freedare team listened to my technical issue and provided the diagnostic solution after i shared photos. The communication and following shipping were quick and made the process of bringing my bike to normal running status easier to deal with. Also, much appreciation to the shipping team that didn't let my dyslexic moment ruin my ability to get my product in a timely manner.
